Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover for all online orders.  We accept personal
checks, money orders, and cashier's checks for orders placed by telephone or mail.  If you would prefer to
pay by cashier's check, personal check, or money order, please send your payment to:

We shall process your order after payment has been received. We do not accept COD orders.


Shipping and Delivery

Within the United States
Shipping charges for orders within the United States are calculated automatically at check out.  All orders
will be shipped by US Postal Priority mail, First Class Mail, or UPS Ground service unless otherwise
requested.  Orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 days of when the order was placed and generally take 5 -7
business days to arrive to you. If you require a priority service such as Overnight or Two Day Delivery,
please e-mail us to discuss arrangements.  We will be glad to assist you with your needs.  When choosing
a priority service, this will only shorten the delivery time once it is shipped.  The time between receiving
your order and shipping will remain 1 - 3 days.  In order to offer a diverse selection of merchandise, some
of our items are shipped directly from different suppliers.  Due to this fact, items ordered together may
arrive in separate boxes. If an item is out-of-stock or no longer available, we will notify you via e-mail.

International Orders
International shipping charges are not calculated at check out.  Please e-mail us at
shipping@dogclothes-apparel.com for the shipping cost to your desired address.  Remember to include
your full address for accurate shipping information. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the
customer and are not added to the shipping bill. After shipping, all issues involving Customs are solely
between the Customer and Customs.

Oversized Items
We do carry some items which are oversized (e.g. wooden dog houses, large dog crates, 32 oz. and 16 oz.
liquids).  If additional shipping charges apply, we will e-mail you for your approval prior to shipping.


Sales Tax
Due to the fact our office is in New York State, sales tax will be assessed for orders shipped within the
state of New York.  All other states and countries are tax-exempt.


Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied!  If you need to return an item, please contact us at
returns@dogclothes-apparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we may e-mail you the proper
authorization information to include with your return.  If we sent you an item you did not order or the item
was defective, return it and we will credit your credit card for the full value of the item.  To receive credit,
incorrectly shipped or defective items MUST be returned in their original packaging and with all original
documentation.  If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us within 14 days from date of purchase
for your return authorization code.  All items returned to us must be in unused condition and returned via
an insured method such as FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. Original packaging and documentation
MUST be included with the return.  Return shipping cannot be reimbursed for these returns.  Due to health
regulations, we are unable to accept pet carriers, dog beds or tents, dog clothes or dog shoes for return
or exchange.  All purchases of sale, clearance, and perishable items are FINAL.  Any packages returned
as undeliverable will be the responsibility of the customer, not of dogclothes-apparel.com. The customer is
solely responsible for charges to re-ship the item to the customer.  Customers will be billed for initial order
shipping costs on return of single item orders which qualify for free shipping, .

Damaged Items
Damage in shipping which is beyond our control cannot be refunded UNLESS insurance was requested on
the package.  UPS includes up to $100 insurance on all shipments.  USPA has NO insurance on packages
they ship unless it  has been specifically requested.  Credits for damaged items using UPS will be claimed
through UPS.  Please notify us of any damage and SAVE everything.  We will put in the claim.  
Unfortunately we can not refund International shipments unless insurance was requested.

Canceling or Changing Your Order
If you need to cancel your order prior to assembly and packaging, you will be issued a refund minus a
$5.00 handling fee. Orders which have been placed and packaged (regardless of shipping status) will be
refunded minus a $5.00 handling fee and a 25% restocking fee.
